Dear Friends,
At RootedGood, we’ve spent the past year in deep reflection — listening for what this moment requires from us and imagining the kind of leadership ecosystem that will help RootedGood continue to grow with integrity, courage, and creativity.
We are small, but we consistently (try to) create outsized good through our resources and influence. And we do that because we never work alone.
For years, RootedGood has lived out a posture of collaboration by partnering, supporting, and building alongside others who share our hope for the church and for communities across the country.
That collaborative instinct has shaped our identity and strengthened our work.

You're invited!
This season is asking something different of us.
We need a circle of people who will invest not only in the field but in RootedGood as an organization and agent of good. People who can help us stay grounded, sharpened, and attuned. People who bring wisdom, courage, imagination, and perspective, and who care about the future we are trying to build.
When we thought about who those people might be, we thought of you.
The Invitation
We would be honored if you would join the inaugural Groundmakers Advisory Board cohort — a group we believe will become one of the most energizing, insightful, and catalytic circles in RootedGood’s next chapter.
As a Groundmaker, we ask you to:

That’s it. No heavy lift. No ongoing committee work. Just a meaningful commitment to help us think more deeply, act more wisely, and dream more expansively.
If you say yes, here is what we can guarantee:
We believe that you care about it too.
And we believe that together, we can help the church imagine and create a new future rooted in generosity, justice, and the thriving of neighborhoods across America.
Your presence would mean the world to us, and your insight would strengthen RootedGood in ways we can already feel on the horizon.
We are launching Groundmakers this October and would love to invite you to participate.
This will just take a minute—and helps us shape something meaningful.
