In fall 2020, generous donors helped RootedGood give our Mission Possible game to nonprofit organizations around the country that support mental health.
Mission Possible is a game-based workshop that helps teams build their skills by learning design thinking (a step-by-step approach to creative problem-solving), expanding their imagination, and thinking creatively about how to use limited resources for good. Here are some of the organizations that received the game in physical and digital formats:
Healing the Healers from the Faith Matters Network equips faith leaders, community organizers, and activists with resources for spiritual sustainability and more.
W.A.S.H. COMMUNITY is a statewide organization of recovery home, sober home and halfway house providers offering quality residential recovery services for people working through alcohol and drug addiction.
WorkWell runs a long-term research program to understand and support the wellbeing of helping and caregiving professionals.
Candid provides wellness information and programs for UW-Madison students, focused on resilience, stress management, and mental and physical wellness.
The Cove is a teen center that gives youth experiencing homelessness in Waco, Texas a place to thrive.
Fearrington Cares provides nonprofit health, safety and independent living services to residents of the Fearrington community.
SWCAP supports mental health in five southwest Wisconsin counties by reducing stigma, improving community resources, and addressing farmer suicide prevention.
